This wonderful house is a refuge of calm and beauty by the sea, where time seems to stand still to gift you moments of peace and happiness. Situated in a large private garden of 5,000 m², every corner invites contemplation and the enjoyment of nature in its purest state.
One of the rooms is very spacious and features a large work and office table with views of the sea and the sunset—a perfect corner to work with inspiration or simply relax while taking in the landscape. The other rooms are bright and cool in summer, ideal for resting comfortably.
The living room, which is very spacious, has a dining table and two comfortable sofas that can be converted into extra single beds—perfect both for hosting more people and for enjoying a good summer nap.
The house has two terraces: one large one that opens to the living room, with a very long wooden table perfect for big outdoor meals, and a smaller one directly connected to the kitchen, ideal for peaceful breakfasts in the morning sun.
In the garden, you’ll find two charming pergolas: one is an outdoor lounge with two Adirondack chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying sunsets with a cocktail in hand and the sound of the sea in the background. The other pergola houses the gym and ping pong table, next to the outdoor bathroom, which is also connected to the barbecue area.
The barbecue is large and practical, with a gas stove, countertop, sink, and a wide table to gather many diners— all under the generous shade of a centuries-old oak that seems to guard the best summer lunches and dinners.
The kitchen, fully equipped and with a dishwasher, is the heart of the house, where preparing delicious meals becomes a daily pleasure.
The pool, although small, offers a refreshing relief on hot days, perfect for a quick dip while watching the horizon. It also has sun loungers for sunbathing.
And at night, the fire circle gathers those looking to share stories, laughter, and memories under the stars.

Living Room
Cozy living room with sea views, has two comfortable sofas convertible into two single beds and a dining table for 6 people. The three windows in the living room and the main door look directly onto the garden where the evening light filters in.
Main Bedroom
Large room with queen size bed, work area, wood stove and air conditioning. The room has an access door to the main porch and large windows with views of the sea and the garden.
Bedroom with garden view
This bedroom has a double bed and a large closet.
Theme Bedroom
This is the oldest part of the house, it was the old Katikia kitchen. It has a large 1.20cm single bed. It has an old wood-burning fireplace and a door with direct access to the porch.
Kitchen
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee makers, dishes and all necessary utensils. The kitchen has a large countertop and a breakfast table with chairs. Through the kitchen you can access one of the entrances of the house with a small porch with a table for 6 people, where you can have breakfast looking at the sea.
Bathrooms
The house has two beautiful individual bathrooms next to the two main bedrooms, and it also has an outdoor bathroom in the garden.
Terraces
The house is surrounded by two terraces with pergolas, one facing west with a long wooden table for 14 people, which is accessed through the living room, and another smaller one facing north with a table for 6 people, through which It is accessed through the kitchen. Both terraces are the space where life is made in summer and allow you to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The Garden
The garden of the house is a 5000 square meter plot of land with an area of fruit trees, a small swimming pool with a solarium, barbecue, an outdoor lounge under a large pergola and stunning views of the Bay of Gourna. It also has a parking area with space for 20 vehicles.
Barbecue area and Pergolas
In the gardens you will find multiple peculiar corners, including a barbecue area with a large grill and a table for 10 people. Attached to the barbecue area, at the top of the land, we have an outdoor lounge under a large pergola with stunning views of Gourna Bay. This is also one of the pergolas where we now have a ping-pong table and a small gym area. Nearby, there’s also a fire circle — perfect for gathering under the stars on cooler nights.
